I have a degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, from Instituo Superior Técnico (Technical University of Lisbon, Portugal). I am a Technical Manager, IT Director, Consultant and Project Manager, with main expertise in the Web and Internet areas.
With 30+ years of experience, I have been involved in big projects, mainly in the Telecom, Consulting and Software spaces. I was responsible for the implementation of IT Systems (Billing, CRM, Provisioning, Service Platforms, etc), Data Networks (TCP/IP), Service Infrastructures (ISP), Internet Services, Complex Platforms and IT Department leadership.
